Wish to make your Dinner Party luscious?

That’s right down our allée!

Choose from our cocktail menu for canapés or entrée, or from other teasers and more substantial treats. These might include a tartare of tuna with a paper- thin squid terrine, or a lamb filo cigar with tapenade, tomato and rocket served warm with a red capsicum sauce.

Main course lusciousness is snapper on a salad nicoise with a modern twist. Or perhaps lamb marinated in dukah and preserved lemons with a roasted eggplant mash is more your style. If you prefer something a little more traditional, options are endless: lamb, beef, duck, risotto, salmon are all served with luscious accompaniments.

Finally, will you get your "just desserts"? Trust us you will. But how will you decide? Pineapple ravioli filled with tropical fruits, or a warm chocolate pudding with lashings of white chocolate and espresso infused double cream? We won’t go on at this stage – you get the idea!

Teriyaki eye fillet with scallop potatoes, green beans and roasted cherry tomatoes Baked citrus salmon with scallop potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes and broccolini Roasted rack of lamb with scallop potatoes, asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

Warm tomato and basil gallette with herb salad and pomegranate molasses Crab, blue cheese and asparagus tart with chive and dill mascarpone Shaved rare roasted eye fillet with watercress, horseradish and pickled turnip.
